What's new?
Reservation / Booking
- This feature allows users to reserve a tool up to 1 year in advance.
 - The resolution is 3 periods per day: morning, afternoon and evening.
 - Quick view of the next 7 days on the tool page, the rest in the calendar.
 - Better planning = less time lost searching for available tools.
 - (This is an optional feature. An administrator in the company must turn on the booking feature under Company Settings.)
 

Deployment
- With this function, users can leave tools/things at a customer/construction site, and register the location and any contact information.
 - Typical examples: Construction electrical cabinets, containers, generators…
 - Link to location and contact person.
 - Can also be used for rental to other companies.
 - (This is an optional function. An administrator in the company must turn on the reservation function under Company Settings.)
 

Other updates
- Printing/ordering plastic and steel signs moved to the info button. The same applies to the button for sharing a link to the tool.
 - Changed the division of tool lists, so that not everything appears on one page
 - Possibility to write a note in the log of inventory items
 - Possibility to zoom in on tool images (click/double-click on desktop, two-finger «pinch» zoom on mobile)
 - Tool log shows more than 10 entries. Swipe up to load older log back in time
 - New field in tool: «Location in warehouse», where you can write building/room/corridor/shelf location etc.
 - Hint about what «Tag» means
 - Possibility of 2 lines in tag text on QR code
 - Local printing of QR from Windows machines (web version) – NB remember to set the length of tape, see instructions for use)
 - Can now take pictures of things with webcam on PC (web version)
 - Local printing of QR from Android and iOS devices (you need 1 Brother app on the phone in addition, see instructions for use)
 - «Paid to» is now visible in Company Settings
 - Admin can change users' mobile phones
 - Possibility to ignore the system's dark mode (defaults to follow the system)
 - Filter/search in users (alphabetical sorting by name)
 - Improvements on theme
 - Push notification for certain changes to orders
 - Company with multiple departments: User must select department before the current admin is notified
